Are you in an environment that requires a proxy to access the internet? We assume this is the case, and it is possible this is preventing you from logging in right now.
In the event that you are unsure about the above, your IT admin should be able to assist.
You can access the GoCanvas settings prior to logging in. At the top of the Window's app you will see a tab that says "Settings", and on the settings screen, a switch to enable proxy settings (See Below):
In the event that you don't require a proxy to access the internet but are still having trouble, please do let us know -- but generally when the issue is widespread on Window's this will fix the issue.
