Advanced search not showing enough results

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for posting! I run into this question pretty frequently, so I'm glad you asked in the Community. When searching across all versions of the app, the Advanced Search will list all fields that were ever a part of the form. Do you know if you've ever changed the name or that field, or used a separate field to capture the date? If you think you might have, this is the first thing I would check!     Hi @Jacquie I have the same issue when using the Advanced Search function and have never changed the name of the field (or format) for any of the different versions of the app. I have even copy pasted the data from a submission listed (latest version) and nothing comes up. Any idea what is going on? I appreciate any advice you might have on this. Thanks.
