Advanced search not showing enough results

I am trying to search for all submissions for a specific date using the advanced search to limit to submissions sent in that time frame using the date field from the app as the parameter. The search is only returning one result even though on the submission list you can see there are a bunch listed with that date and there are also in the basic search a bunch of results. Any idea what's going on?

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for posting! I run into this question pretty frequently, so I'm glad you asked in the Community. When searching across all versions of the app, the Advanced Search will list all fields that were ever a part of the form. Do you know if you've ever changed the name or that field, or used a separate field to capture the date? If you think you might have, this is the first thing I would check! Let us know if you have any questions. 

  • Hi @Jacquie I have the same issue when using the Advanced Search function and have never changed the name of the field (or format) for any of the different versions of the app. I have even copy pasted the data from a submission listed (latest version) and nothing comes up. Any idea what is going on? I appreciate any advice you might have on this. Thanks.
