    Hi Mary,

    Thanks for stopping by the Community! Congratulations on starting your GoCanvas journey. 

    In your situation, the first thing I would do is ensure that the form is published, and that it is assigned to you. To check this, log into the GoCanvas website, and navigate to the "Apps" page. If you look at the status column you'll see whether the app is pending (green rectangle) or published (blue rectangle). If the app is pending, click on the "quick links" button to the right of the app (it looks like three dots in a row). Select "Publish". 

    Once you do this, it will take you to a screen where you can decide who to assign it to. Make sure the box next to your username is checked. Then click "Save".

    If your app was already published, we'll simply need to check and see if it is assigned to you: click the quick links button mentioned above and select "assign". Then select yourself, and save. 

    Once the app is successfully published and assigned to you, sync your mobile device (you can do this by tapping the sync button in the lower right hand corner of the screen, or by dragging the app screen down with your finger). You should see your new app pop up.
