Value in Standard PDF Header

I'd like to be able to have one of my app values populate on the header of every page of the standard PDF.

We have a form that we use for our technicians daily paperwork.  There is a field "Job Number" that is the key number for all of our documentation.  We currently 'comment' on every other page of the standard PDF with the Job Number for our own internal record keeping purposes.  If we could pick a field that could populate in the header for the standard PDF that would be great!
