Android and iOS (Apple)- 18.0

At the bottom of the screen, expand More Options and select App Settings. The version is at the bottom-left corner of the App Settings page.

Windows Desktop Client - 9.30.1

Select the Settings tab. The version will be at the bottom of the screen, underneath "Contact Support."

To update your mobile device go to www.gocanvas.com/m on the device's browser or to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store if you use one of these devices.

  • Hi Lauren

    GoCanvas for Windows 9.29.1.2 won't show any dispatch data at all for us.  I believe this is noted on an existing ticket we have open.  Just wanted to mention it here just in case.
