Some of our users are having problem with the gocanvas app. They're getting this error message:

This error shows up when the device has access to wifi, however, has not been given the authentication key to actually use it. It's like when you walk into a store that has a public wifi. You can connect to it and it says you have wifi, but when you first load your browser, you need to agree to the terms of using the service. After you do this, the wifi becomes accessible. This is something that happens automatically normally because you are opening a browser which will redirect you to the sign in page, but in this case, our app can't redirect you to the browser, so we know there is a network but we get an error message when trying to connect to the network.
Have the users go to their browser, accept the terms of using the wifi, try connecting successfully to at least one web page to test it, then try syncing in our app again.
