Add Expand All and Expand Section Options to the Submission Review Modal Window

Currently when we click the Review option while completing a submission that has one or more loop screens, the review section(s) related to the loop screen(s) cause us to have to click a multitude of small angle buttons one at a time, and scroll down for each in order to see the information about the associated loop screen entry or entries.  Like this:

It would be awesome if:

- There was an "Expand All" button at the top of the modal window.

- There was an "Expand All In This Section" button right justified on each loop screen header row.

- There was a toggle or slider to select "Expand All Loop Screens By Default In Submission Review" on the Settings page to allow users to control the default behavior of these.

This would save quite a bit of time in reviewing submissions - especially for those that include large numbers of loop screen entries.
