Emailed CSV reports have stopped showing up

I stopped receiving my emailed csv reports without making any changes to my account. This has happened before and I logged on and reset it and it worked fine. I tried it this time I I'm still not receiving them. I get the notifications of the individual PDF reports but not the CSV.

  • Hello Sara,

    It looks like your email server is flagging that email as spam -- our records indicate that the emails are being blocked. 
    If you have an IT administrator, they should be able to release the emails from the spam filter so that you start receiving them again. 
    Typically this is something that the IT admin on your side can resolve very quickly.
