Creating dispatches very slow with certain apps

We are noticing that certain apps are taking a long time to create dispatches. There seems to be a latency issue that creates a lag-type delay, sometimes of up to 20 seconds between keystrokes and mouse clicks and the result being propagated on the screen.

    This issue is still persisting. It is taking a VERY long time to create dispatches to the point of being unusable. What can we do about this?
