We are getting error messages when opening the PDF attachments that are emailed for two of our apps. I've attached the print screens of the errors. What could be the cause of this? Our logo isn't a high resolution image?? I tried downloading the submission online and the report downloaded but our logo was a black box.

Thanks for reaching out. These errors are actually native to Adobe Acrobat, but the root cause is in the image file for the logo on the PDF design. One way or another, the image file ended up corrupted. That's also why you're seeing it appear as a black box.
You can resolve this by re-uploading your logo. Once you've done that, you should be able to re-download your PDFs and view them just fine now. Have a great day!
