Upcoming Dispatches, To Be Scheduled or To-Do List

The ability to have a "To Do" list of work that is available (or coming), but not dispatched/scheduled, is the only thing I see that goCanvas needs in order to replace many of the Field Service Management software platforms currently available. Having that list able to be sorted/organized by company-specific terms would be critical. For example, by "Products Ordered - No ETA", "Product Ordered - Has ETA", "Product - Ready", "Hold for Client", "Ready to be Scheduled", "Hot Rush" etc...

Once that is accomplished, many companies would be able to pair goCanvas with Quickbooks and have a full CRM sutie for field service that is considerably better than what Intuit currently offers.
