Hello,
In the new GoCanvas for Windows, if we access the list of dispatches, we have to click the tiny little button (highlighted in yellow in the picture) in order to open the dispatch.
It would be very nice to be able to click on the text also, or even just anywhere in the row that relates to the dispatch.

Hi Nathan,
I'm going to put this in as an internal feature request as it does seem like a pretty straightforward usability challenge. Thanks for pointing it out!
Maybe some re-usable code exists with the functionality already in the software that allows opening a loop screen entry by clicking almost anywhere in the row? We continue to get asked about this piece by our users frequently.
This is still the case in GoCanvas for Windows 9.8.0.5
And still the case in 9.8.1.6
Still the case in 9.10.1.1
And still the same in 9.11.1.1
Same in 9.15.0.3
lol
Same in 9.16.0.7
Hi Nate,
I don't have a release date for this, but this will be addressed in an upcoming version. I'll keep you posted.
Hi Sara.
That will help quite a few of our users immensely. Looking forward to it.
You can now click on the whole row to open a Dispatch, as of 9.18 (out today). This applies to Workflow and saved Submissions as well.
OUTSTANDING!!! I just tested and it works great! Thank you to all involved.
