Rather than have to maintain separate system for review, acceptance and approval of GoCanvas apps prior to release this would benefit from being built in to the platform.

Would this be maybe some iteration on this display, on the App Detail page, that would include statuses like "In Review" and "Live," or would you ideally have more granularity here and be able to say "Being reviewed by Sara"?

It would be more granular and ideally be set up around approval based on a position rather with individuals assigned to the position.
Ie - Operations Manager has approval on X apps in their role.
Essentially just he same approval type workflow that might exist within a SharePoint site for reviewing, approving and distributing policy and procedure but embedded within the GoCanvas site for managing review and release of apps.
