Would like the ability to create a Folder that goes along side our app where we can save a Dispatch before it is completed and submitted. This would make it easier to find our "open" records among all the dispatches for the day.

Sara, the ability to have a "To Do" list of work that is available, but not dispatched/scheduled, is the only thing I see that goCanvas needs in order to replace many of the Field Service Management software platforms currently available. Having that list able to be sorted/organized by company-specific terms would be critical. For example, by "Products Ordered - No ETA", "Product Ordered - Has ETA", "Product - Ready", "Hold for Client", "Ready to be Scheduled", "Hot Rush" etc...
