Minimising an App which has too many screens each having too many fields per screen

Would someone be so kind and assist me on how to create a method where I now must have 30 Items each (30 Screens) having 28 fields to inspect in each of those 30 Screens?  The 28 Fields consist mostly of Drop downs, Photos and Multi choice questions
