Permanently deleted user
Being that we can capture GPS coordinates when a user is using the app it would be nice to be able to see where the dispatched user is on a map.
So many use cases for a real time map on the dispatch screen

I am still fairly new to GoCanvas but we incorporated the GPS - but hide it from mobile users, simply un-checkmark "mobile" under MORE options. We also do this with the "time" field.
This way we know when they open the app and immediately the GPS catches the coordinates of their location - without the employee being aware. We are now able to find out where/when they first started the app process but the info is only on the PDF for the office to see.
Not sure if this is answering your question but I'd thought I'd respond just in case.

That's a great thought, Vicky (and I love that you're using the new hidden GPS feature)!
I think the request is to be able to take that data and use it to generate a real-time map on the GoCanvas website - so taking your use case even further. The trick there is that the GPS data doesn't get to GoCanvas until the form is Submitted (or gone through a Workflow handoff at least).
That said, it would be pretty cool to be able to see, visually, where your team is on a given day. You might be able to do that (again, with the requirement that the GPS has been collected and then the App has gone through a Workflow handoff) using Zapier or the GoCanvas API and a third-party mapping service (I was looking at ArcGis Online, as an example).
There may be someone out there who has used the API to do this, though the workflow from API functionality is brand new.
