Hi David,
No, there aren't additional security options beyond our standard and HIPAA. As Nathan said, you could integrate with a platform that has these things, but it's not out-of-the-box for GoCanvas.
You may be able to use a Zapier integration with a 3rd party secure email provider such as Office 365, Google / G Suite / Gmail, Citrix ShareFile, etc.
