I have a zap set up to create a new row in my spreadsheet every time someone finishes an app. We have a lot of photo fields and they all come over as URLs. It would be a lot easier if we could see the real image instead of having to click on it. Is there a way to do this? Is it a problem with Google sheets? Or a setting I'm missing in zapier?

The solution Sara provided below is two-fold. First, turn on Unsecured Access for the photo fields in the Builder. Second, in your Zap, add the formula =image(" BEFORE the token for the photo URL followed by "). You can also specify the size you want the image to be (learn more about that here).

Hi Amy,
In most cases, yes, you can make some changes that will allow you to view the actual image instead of the URL. It's more of an excel/google sheets trick than anything else. Here's what you need to do:
That should do it!
Is there any way to get this to work with Business Insights?
Hi Estel,
I think there's a way to do it using some excel macros (not my area of expertise, unfortunately). I'll ask around and see if someone has something working for them.
Is there a way to do this for a signature field? The unsecured access option does not exist for this field type. We are trying get the signature picture as opposed to a link into a Google Docs via Zapier.
Hey Grant,
There is a way to set unsecured access, but it has to be done by someone on our team. Feel free to put in a ticket with our Support Team and they can do that on an App-by-App basis for you. Then it's the same instructions as above.
Thanks!
