One signature is blurred, the other is okay on my PDF

I have two signature fields in my app. I have a few submissions where one signature turns out okay, but one is just a blur (see screenshot). What's going on?

    Hi Sara,

    Thanks for asking! This happens when the person signing the signature box adds nothing but a single dot to the box. Make sure your users are signing properly if you see this happening.
