I want to know if there is an issue using the same account on different devices at the same time? It is not that I need them to work on the same submission, just want to know if there is an issue submitting forms from the same account on different devices. I was told you guys will be rolling out the ability to look up others submissions from the mobile device later this year, but until then I need them to be able to look up any submission they need to.

Hi Logan,
Per our terms of service, it's one license per person or device. We do understand the need for a workaround to overcome that specific use case, so there can be a small amount of wiggle room, but we do have processes in place that will lock down the account if it happens too much. Ultimately, the number of licenses using the account needs to match the number of devices we are showing have used it.
As you mentioned, we do have it on the roadmap to allow users to view and edit anyone's Submissions on their device. In the meantime, just make sure you have a license for the number of devices you're logging into.
