Work flow dashboard

In working with one of the sales reps for gocanvas I was shown what your systems look like when working with workflow and dispatch. However as a user I am not able to see the same screen and dashboard and complete workflows from a desktop. Do we know why we're not able to get the same view or the same dashboard that your current sales people and developers use?
