    I'd be happy if the app would just sync every time it was opened. 75% of the problems my users have would be solved if they would have just sync-ed their devices. Sync, sync, sync I tell them but it never seems to "sync" in.

  • I believe that, at least on iOS, there may be some technical limitations on this one. I will bring it up next week when we talk about our product roadmap, though, and see what kind of traction we get.

    Any update on this?

    I feel that there should be the ability to force sync once the GoCanvas application is opened. That would solve most of our issues with users not using the current form and us not getting the data back.

  • Hi Matthew,

    If you don't have to worry about people not having internet connections, you can try adjusting the Client Timeout Window (found in Account > Account Settings). You can change this so that users have to log in more frequently and sync themselves. Thanks for your feedback!
