We bill our clients for our app fees. It would make billing easier if we could report on all apps from all users over time. Then we can easily assess which clients the apps were for and bill accordingly.
Alternately, if the monthly bill, detailed the app names, or a little more information on the forms submitted by user, we could assess who to bill on our end.
Perhaps the monthly bill could have a detailed report accessible through the website.
