My mechanics submit daily time sheets and ultimately it would be nice for them to go directly to payroll, but as we're just starting out with GoCanvas I've set it up so each time sheet comes to me first so I can make sure all of the mechanics are accounted for. This morning however, after my approval via hand-off, the submission did not make it to my inbox. I checked the submission on the browser and it confirms that it was "delivered" to my email, but I do not have anything in my inbox. It concerns me a bit that some submissions may get lost in a sort of limbo and not get delivered where it should be. Has anybody else come across this?

I'm going to convert this question to a ticket so you can troubleshoot this with our Support team.
I will say, in most instances, the emails are either ending up in spam or getting blocked by the recipient's security or firewall settings. When that happens, we recommend talking to your IT department (or whoever is managing your email accounts).
"Delivered," means that we have a record of it hitting your server, at which point it's pretty much out of our hands. But let's see what our fantastic Support team can figure out for you.
