When are we going to get this...  the PC app no longer being updated is creating issues with users who review submissions on PCs.  Can't see multi-photo fields, only see 1st photo...  several other compatibility issues

@..., Do you have a timeframe on this? This request has been out there for 3 years and not it appears that you have stopped updating the PC app, which is causing issues with new field types. In addition, for us Mac users, having to dig out a mobile device or remote into a PC is rather cumbersome. Thanks!

How many votes do you guys need so you can prioritize this request? Please our customers are begging for this feature for such a long time as well, esp. during this pandemic.

    Hey ya'll,

Thank you for continuing to check in on this feature request. I understand and feel your pain related to the Windows client and do not take those pains lightly. We are continuing to raise this request and it has gotten more attention recently because of the limitations of the current Windows client. An official comment on this can be also found here and we will be sure to make updates as we know more.

    Hey ya'll,

Wanted to jump in here to update everyone on some news that we have received from the product team. They have informed me that they are working on defining their Q3 and Q4 roadmap and the web client is being evaluated for inclusion on this roadmap. There are no commits on timeline but it is on their radar. They appreciate everyone voicing interest in this functionality and recognize the importance of including it in roadmap discussions for Q3 and Q4. I will be sure to update this and any other relevant post when I know more.

Great to hear! After years of asking for a web client and the depreciation of the desktop app it’s great that the product team are going to have a think about if this is a good idea or not. Fingers crossed it doesn’t take as long to build it as it does to decide if it’s a good idea or not. Looking forward to submitting a form via a web browser (sometime in 2030 ;-).

I'm not voicing interest, I am demanding this functionality if you are no longer going to support and update the desktop app.

The lack of desktop app updates was previously explained by the development of the web client, but apparently that hasn't been taking place, but might be on the road map and come along eventually.

    Hi Hazel

The web forms listed in that show that they need no login... and look like they are aimed at things like surveys...

This request is around a web version of basically what the desktop or mobile app can do... with authentication, reference data, etc that all work as expected.

Am I misunderstanding anything around how the web forms work now?

If so, I'll have a look at them... if not I feel like this request still stands.

    Hi Nathan,

I appreciate your clarity on your request. You are correct, there are some limitations in our new Web Forms having the exact same functionality as our desktop and mobile app for the time being.

This being a newer feature the functionality may not have exactly all of the details described in the historical comments. However, our team loves to hear feedback and I'll be sure to pass along your additional details to them!

I'm sorry there isn't more I'm able to provide for you today.

    Thanks,

    Hazel Kral
