Not sure which category this would go in... I've shared forms from one department to another, moved the forms to the right folder within that department, and for some reason I can't remove the old folder. Am I not seeing something right?

No worries about the category (folders are always a kind of weird thing - they're kind of for account management, but they exist on the Apps page, so... where does that belong?).
At any rate, I think this is actually a known issue between folders and Departments; basically when you share Apps from one department to the other, you end up with those duplicate folders, and even when you move things out of them, the folder thinks there's still something there.
I'm going to convert this post into a ticket for our Support team to address. You'll get an email confirming your ticket number. Could you provide more details about which folders (and in which departments) you need to have deleted?
