Option to not display the header on every page

For my PDF I don't want the header to repeat on every page? It would be great to have an option: whether a user wants the header to repeat on every page or not? Thank you.

    There is a work-around for this, which is to leave the header area empty and create a new area below it with the things you'd traditionally have in the header (business name, address, phone number, etc). That way the area is specific to the first page and won't display on additional pages. It does add a bit of extra space at the top, but could work for some. 

    Here's what that looks like in the PDF Designer (the blue area is where the header would be, but it's empty):
