Thanks for posting to the Community! At this time, we don't have any feature that will automatically check all boxes based on one choice in a multiple choice field. Depending on how this data needs to be displayed, a condition may be able to achieve the same thing. The first idea that comes to mind is a condition that is triggered by a choice in the multiple choice field, like "All of the above," that reveals a Static Text field that lists every option from the multiple choice field to display on the PDF. I'm not sure if this is what you are trying to achieve or if the visual of the checkboxes is what you need.
