Last week Work Hub forms IN-PROGRESS were deleted by mistake and there is no way to recover them. It would be very useful to have Recycle bin that could hold deleted items for at least short period of time like a day or two

Thanks for posting to the Community and thank you for your insightful comment, @...! I understand how frustrating it is to lose in-progress submissions. I think a “recycling bin” or place for holding recently deleted submissions for a short period of time before fully deleting them would be a very useful feature that other GoCanvas users would benefit from in the future. Although I can’t guarantee that this request will be included in a future product release, we will be sure to pass it along to Product for their consideration. Interesting. Before the work hub, one of the annoying issues was with the list of dispatches, you could never permanently delete anything. For example, I made a mistake dispatching an entire year's worth of forms (thousands) and botched something in the process. Once you would delete the botched dispatches, they would stick around in the status "deleted" with no way to ever get rid of them without retiring the form. Guess that's not really the case anymore. Not sure how it would work for "in-progress" items, but having deleted ones stick around for 30 or 90 days with the ability to change the status back to in-progress and/or reassign them seems reasonable. I'm guessing your deleted items are probably still in the database, just no way to find them with the current work hub UI layout. Maybe if you submit a support ticket, someone may be able to restore them for you.
