Thank you for posting to the Community! At this time, the App Icon cannot by customized unless your account is a White Label account. However, changing the icon for individual forms is available for every account and is pretty easy to do. However, if changing the mobile application icon would help with adoption at your company and the cost is not prohibitive, please contact your Account Executive to get that conversation started.
