It would be nice to be able to include a route planning feature into the schedule to make the best use of time for our service techs. We do our service calls by geografical locattion so the route planning feature would be more benneficial to ua as opposed scheduling times.

We have definitely heard this request before and I believe we have come up with a route planning integrations work flow with previous customers that has worked in a similar fashion. I can't guarantee that this will make a future product roadmap but will pass this along to Product for their consideration.
