Thanks for posting to the Community! We certainly have many accounts that use GoCanvas for inventory. Although it may require some setup, it is worth it to have this process automated, and dare I say frustratingly manual without automation. I recommend reaching out to your Account Executive or your CSM so they can get you in touch with our Solutions Engineers who can scope out a solution catered to your needs.
I highly recommend not undertaking this on your own but it is possible to build out Dynamic Reference Data using our Google Sheets integration, but it also requires GoCanvas Integrations to create that back-and-forth motion for your data. If you would like to add that to your account, that can also be discussed with your Account Executive and/or CSM to see which option works best for you.
