Thanks for posting to the Community! I agree, this functionality would open up a whole new world of work process possibilities. However, I think this goes beyond what our Workflow functionality is configured for, as it's built to work within a singular mobile form. I can definitely pass the idea along but I think the best way to accomplish this for now, and for the foreseeable future, is to use GoCanvas Integrations to connect these separate forms.
Any data collected from the Web Form can be pushed to a storage location, like Google Sheets, that automatically populates a Dispatch to a mobile user. I think it would be simple enough to do yourself but our team can also assist if you would prefer.
