With the introduction of the Video field to the Builder, field workers can now capture video directly in their submission to provide vital audio/visual evidence for inspections, work orders, estimates, and more.
Video Capture
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, videos would probably be worth 1,000 pictures. If a field worker would have previously attempted to explain context using photos and words, videos eliminate that potentially confusing and frustrating limitation.
Note
The Video field will only ever be in the Builder, regardless of if you are in the Legacy GoCanvas View or the new GoCanvas Projects View.
