Q4 '23 Feature Release Notes: New User Roles

GoCanvas is excited to call attention to two recent releases of note.

Mobile Only User Role

Accounts can now set a user as a Company User (Mobile Only). This user role provides admins with the most amount of control over their users permissions. The role is perfect for users that simply need to make submissions and do not need to access the online portal of the account. More details about how to add or edit mobile only users as well as what this role looks like in action can be found in the dedicated Help Center article.

Company Viewer

Additionally, GoCanvas has the new user role Company Viewer for those users that need permission to view all submissions and PDFs from all users on the account but no additional administrative permissions. More details about this role can be found in The Seven User Roles Help Center article.
