Show directly in the email where the link or pdf comes from

I'm building a web form in the new form builder in Go Canvas. This will generate a link that we can send to our costumers and they can document their house and resend it to us. When they send it back to us, is it possible to show directly in the email where the link or pdf comes from? For example; i would like to see the address field in the email before i open it. These submissions will end up in an inbox that several people work with therefore it's important to find your own customer. I have several mobile forms that I have build in the "old" builder and I can see the address in the email body. I've clicked a check box in the app builder "Place value in: email subject, email body". I hope I made my self clear:) I added a file and have made a circle where i would be nice to see an address or similar.
