I have made this suggestion in the past and I am making it again. I am the admin on our account and I would really like to be able to see when there has been a modification to the submissions without having to go into the form. There can be a color change to the date or an extra column added that shows M for modified. Also as the admin, I should be able to modify or add to any area of the submission. I can only modify something that is existing, I can not add anything to a ticket. These are very important features that seem like a simple fix.

I understand that tracking modifications on a form is both very important for admins and is also very tedious if each submission has to be opened to view the Revisions that have been made to the submission. A column that indicates if a submission has been modified is certainly a request I can pass along to Product for their consideration.
In the meantime, I always recommend using the Assignments or Workflow features so that admins can make adjustments to a submission before it finalized and some editing is no longer permitted. If making edits is not only a regular occurrence, but a consistent occurrence, these features make it much easier for admins to update submissions before they are, more or less, set in stone.
I second this and would like to add besides having a way to know a previous submission was edited or modified, it would be great if as mentioned above we can not just edit submitted lines but add. Currently the only way I found to add missing lines like missing parts in our case, we would have to allow techs or users to edit. by doin this they will have the ability to open submission from their completed list and edit all submissions not just the current one which works but we need to remove their ability to edit as soon as they are done because of the previous issue of not knowing if they edited anything they already submitted. This way they are forced to contact the office so they know what submission is going to be edited. So having a feature that will show edited submissions would allow us to provide edit options to users and help streamline our process so the office avoids stopping to go and allow edit then remove edit ability. Especially since the techs need to move on to the next repair or account so they need office to stop what they are doing.
