iOS Issue Identified and Patch on the Way

*Edit* Version 11.21.5 of iOS is now available for download.

An issue with the iOS application has been identified by GoCanvas. A small group of customers have reached out to our Support team to report that their GoCanvas application is closing out to their iOS home page unexpectedly and, unfortunately, some work has been lost due to this issue. We want to inform our users, especially those using iOS devices, that the issue has been found and submitted to Apple to correct. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be resolved by the end of today, December 1st, 2023. 

We want to encourage our users to turn on Save to Cloud if you haven’t already and potentially hold off from starting any large forms that would be difficult to lose progress on until we announce that this issue is fully resolved. Please be sure to check the app store for updates so that you can download it as soon as it is available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue as efficiently as possible.
