Protect your eyes when using a screen!

I observed my coworker using blue tinted safety glasses when using a computer. I am new to the constant computer use world and was thinking it would be a good idea to get my own blue tinted glasses! It was something I had never considered before. I will be purchasing my own blue tinted safety glasses to see how they work.
