Hey Guys,
Prompted by the upcoming webinar "enhance efficiency with 3 key automation features" I'd like to see advanced conditional email alerts.
Rather than just a daily "this report/app needs submitting by X o'clock" which becomes almost spam to an employee when they see it everyday, especially if they have already submitted the report/app. I'd like to see conditions such as 'only send email alert if we haven't received X report by X time'
If GoCanvas sees the Daily Report app hasn't been submitted by 12 NOON say, it sends an email reminder. As employees only receive this when it's truly been missed it doesn't become repetitive and is actually a useful reminder.
