When relying on adding the data entered to the body of an email, the end results is a bit clunky. "Run Time %: 88" Where is we could select that type of data entered as $, %, °F then the body of the email would show, "Run Time %: 88%" Additionally, if when using %, $, etc. a calculated field would show the proper decimal place. $1, 000.00 or 88% not 1000 or .88.

Thanks for sharing this idea with the community! I definitely can relate to the desire to see information in a digestible format. 88% or 1,000,000 is so much easier to read than .88 or 1000000. I have used default values in the past to help with this, but that only works with text fields, not calculations or number fields. I hope more people come through and upvote but in the meantime, I have passed this along to our product team!
