Upload CSV with different regional settings

My regional settings are the EU settings. When I try to upload my CSV files, the system is bugging because Gocanvas requires US settings. 

Would it not be possible to make this "region neutral", and so support all regional settings, so we do not have to force our Excel to match your settings?

We need our EU settings for different other programs, and "maintain" two settings is very annoying ...

    Thanks for coming to the community to share this issue that you are experiencing! I am sure there are others that identify with this issue and will be glad to see someone mentioned it here. Although there are no current plans to look into this, I have passed this along to our product team for consideration!
