I would be nice to be able to set a due date for workflow items so each submission could start sending additional reminders for overdue workflow steps. I would also be nice to a set time for each step in the workflow process by app.
Example:
Work Order Submitted by technician, supervisor has 1 week to review and approve/reject before getting daily reminders to complete this workflow action. Once the supervisor review is complete, Work order entry/finance team has 2 weeks to complete their portion and reject/close the submission before they start getting weekly reminders.

I really think this idea would help with making sure workflows run smoothly. Life often gets in the way and tasks can be easily forgotten without reminders, I know I have been there before!
