My name is Lauren and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as the new GoCanvas Online Community Manager.
Just a little about myself; I have been a part of the GoCanvas family since January 2019 where I started as a Business Development Representative and have spent the last year and a half as a Customer Success Manager. I may have had the pleasure of working one-on-one with some of you! I am so excited to be taking on the new adventure of fostering this community.
What you can expect from me includes answering your questions, whether I know the answer from experience or need to hunt it down. I want to make sure everyone gets their answers in a reasonable amount of time and convey my belief that the best answer is better than a fast answer. I will strive to acknowledge all posts, even if I do not have the answer yet, because I know how it feels to be left hanging.
You can also expect that I will be tracking your feature requests and making sure the right teams are informed of what our customers need. We rely heavily on requests made in the Community to guide our road map so please keep posting your thoughtful requests and we will continue considering those for development in the future.
And the final thing you can expect from my responses is that they will be informed by empathy and authenticity, two of our GoCanvas values. This community is a welcoming, friendly place and I plan on keeping it that way. And maybe being a little cheeky along the way.
