Hi.
I've been advised to post this here to get some alternative ideas or (hopefully) gain some support for it becoming a feature.
This is my problem....
I have a loop in place to create a list of activities to include information on each activity (i.e. details, time started, time finished etc) and within that loop I need to allocate the employees that worked on that activity and the equipment used to complete that task. The problem I am coming across is that I want to use data refencing to list all employees within the company and all equipment but this is not supported within the multiple-choice function. I don't want to put this in the app because firstly I am limited to 15 choices and secondly people/equipment change within a business so I would need to change the application every time someone new started or we sold/purchased a new piece of equipment.
I have also looked into advance looping but it is not supported with the PDF designer and there is a standalone fee to get the PDF built but this is locked in once finalised. This is an option but the data referencing and multiple choice which suit better for future applications.
Any advice welcome!
Thanks
Clare

There may be some different ways to approach this using reference data.
Is there a maximum number of employees or equipment items that might be used on a task?
Is there a task number or something similar? Maybe you could use multiple loop screens and populate them with reference data. Perhaps something like this?
