One of our users recently completed a GoCanvas form, but the form was unassigned before he was able to submit it. He was out in the field at the time, and did not have access to a good internet signal. This happens occasionally -- our field technicians are often in areas where reception is not great. Because the form was accidentally unassigned before he was able to submit it, he lost all of the work he had done on the form. It would be great if the GoCanvas mobile app had a way to store unsubmitted but filled out forms on the device in a way they could be recovered so this wouldn't be an issue.

I'm sorry to hear your team had this inconvenience! That's definitely not ideal. I made sure to pass this over to our product team for review. For those who come to this page in a situation like this, it's best to submit a ticket as well just to make sure nothing is wrong! Cheryl submitted a ticket and then came here with her post because it was a feature request, so great job!
