Submitting this feature request on behalf of my friends in AU - They would like to be able to have dispatches immediately go into the available tasks list as opposed to dispatching to an individual.
Workaround: The dispatcher / admin would need to dispatch to a user, have the user open the dispatch, then unassign themselves from the submission. This is, however, not practical when the dispatcher / admin is creating a large number of dispatches daily.
