For some odd reason the developers chose the most archaic, cumbersome method of entering IN/OUT times in the service ticket app. Back in the 1990's it was common to click a small arrow millions of times to get the values set. Modern apps now simply show a clock face and you can actually click on the number representing the time you need to set! I know it's hard to imagine so here is a sample:
Now imagine if you could just click on the exact time hours and minutes to set your time instead of clicking thousands of times on a small arrow to spin a virtual wheel of numbers as in this screen shot of what we are struggling with now:
