Workflow and Dispatch Reassign - Filter Reassign List

It would be nice to have the reassign list for workflow/dispatch in the Work Hub auto filter to only users who have access to that form.  We have a large user list and must scroll to find the user.  Another option would be to filter as the person's name is typed into the reassign field.
