Hello Developers,
We send our GoCanvas reports to our clients, but there is a chat window that pops up in the initial report (before downloading the PDF). This chat box blocks the view of our work. Its an inconvenience that requires our client to take steps to remove it. See this screenshot:
Unfortunately, once the user closes the chat window, it's never really gone. It shrinks down into a clickable GoCanvas logo that can't be moved. When we zoom in to view our photos in detail, the logo appears there, blocking our work. This is not a mere inconvenience; it's an obstacle. See this screenshot:
Please make it possible to remove the chat window from our reports.

Hi Rob,
I was able to connect with our team and this actually may be an easy fix. We've removed that from any URLs that contain http://www.gocanvas.com/submission_files to help with the view.
Will you please let me know if you're still seeing the chat box where you are looking? If so if you can provide your base URL we can remove that as well for you.
